Eight Degrees of taste sensation

Howling Gale Ale.This great ale is brewed in County Cork. There are 3 different hops used here American Chinook, Amarillo and Centennial. The hops don’t over power the malt though which means it’s not too bitter. It goes very well with food. I had some welsh rarebit with it and it made a perfect autumn afternoon snack…
