Black’s Kinsale Black IPA or Cascadian Dark Ale has been mentioned here before but I think it deserves it’s own post. It’s a beer that I keep returning to. The hop aroma is wonderful. It’s packed with toasty malt and coffee. It’s bloody great beer. I also like the fact that it’s only 5% which means you can have a few of them. If you haven’t tried it yet then put it at the top of your beer shopping list!
