The second annual Alltech International Craft Brews & Food Fair has kicked off this evening and will continue for the next two days. There will be music provided by Paddy Casey and others. Some of you may be interested to know they will be showing the International Rugby Match on Saturday afternoon. But for me the main thing is that there will be almost 50 breweries serving over 150 different beers! Oh and there will be delicious food to accompany those beers. I am like Father Stone marking off the calendar until it’s time to hit the road to Dublin. If you can at all make it your business to head along, I guarantee you won’t be disappointed. (I am not being paid to say this!)
