When I saw Wychwood’s Black Wych I thought to myself that this would be perfect for watching this weeks installment of Game Of Thrones. The Black Wych on the label reminded me of the Red Woman. Who didn’t feature in last night’s episode at all. It’s a porter, I’m more accustomed to the ales from Wychwood. It’s a rich dark brew and I enjoyed it. A bit like Game Of Thrones then. There’ll be no spoilers here but I’m almost afraid to watch the next episode!
I’m the only one in the family who hasn’t been caught up by Game of Thrones. But then I had to get the box set to watch the Wire. There’s hope for me yet.
I was late to the Wire party myself but, what a show. Game of Thrones is very good but hard to compare with it…
I’ve never engaged with the Wychwood beers, I enjoy Game of Thrones and I’ve yet go see the wire.
Makes me 1 from 3
Well you should rectify one of the other two at least! Wychwood’s Hobgoblin and King Goblin are worth trying.
I had one once, Wychcraft. Not happy with that. However the local English Shoppe has some Wychwood in store, I might stop by and give it another go.
Wychcraft would be pretty tame. Go balls out King Goblin if they have it!
