Donegal’s Sea Sessions was a Pale Ale brewed to mark the Bundoran music and surfing festival earlier this Summer. Their Blonde is widely available but I’d prefer this myself, it’s a little hoppier. I had it with a beef noodle stir fry and it was a great match for the spiciness. I also really like their Atlantic Amber so two out of three certainly ain’t bad! The brewery is quite small but they’re after coming a long way in just a few years. I’ll be keeping an eye out for their latest collaboration with Inishmacsaint, North and South of the River.
Are we late for the Donegal Sea Sessions?
