Three Brothers from Bray who have made the leap from home brewing to a commercial concern, there beers had been on draught and just yesterday I saw and bought my first bottle in O’Brien’s. The Chancer is a brilliantly named American style Pale Ale which is loaded with Galaxy and Cascade hops. It’s got juicy grapefruit and a slightly oily resinous piney quality. It’s delicious. I was very impressed. I’d imagine it going nicely with a pepperoni pizza. Hopefully I’ll be seeing more of their beers in bottles soon. Sláinte!
O Brother, there thou art!
