The Founders come to the Midlands ( part the seconde)

Sooo, the Centennial IPA from Founders, ooohhh she’s a beauty! It’s a lovely amber colour. It has a piney grapefruit hoppiness which is dominant. There is also some sweet maltiness but it’s more of a subplot. Of the three that I’ve tasted the dry hopped Pale Ale is pretty good, and the All Day and the Centennial are the equal of any top notch beer.

The man who introduced me to many a fine beer a few years ago shared this with me, honesty in a beer menu!
