Benediktiner Weissbier is new to me. It’s German, ‘quelle suprise’ as they say over there! It has a monk on the bottle but I suspect no monks are harmed or even involved in the brewing process. It’s not as bubblegummy as say, Paulaner, which is no harm. I would describe the colour as hazy amber. It has some banana and yeast flavours. It’s decent and drinkable but not revolutionary. Worth a try…
