I’m in the venue formerly known as The Point this evening to see The National. I knew that the options would be limited and I reckon Diageo’s ‘finest’ offering s don’t need any extra publicity. Luckily I had one in the barrel ready to go! Banagher’s Bo Bristle IPA has been mentioned here before and last night I tried one of their Amber Ales which I picked up in Marks And Spencer of all places. (Unfortunately not my local one which doesn’t have a beer licence) It’s a bit easier on the hops than the IPA but still has a nice bite. I’d say it would make a great session beer. I really hope it becomes more widely available soon!
