In August I went on a family holiday to Bray where I managed to fit a visit to Holland’s and their excellent Off Licence, finally picked up a proper IPA glass as well!
Athlone Beer Club also had a fun meeting in Maguire’s.
In September the main event was the Irish Craft Beer and Cider Festival in the RDS. The main problem I had was that there were too many beers for me to try on one day!
Then we had a beer club in Don’s, Moate which went really well!
And The Irish Beer Snob’s Festival in Smyth’s on the Square, Navan took place the next day. It was great fun!
October and November will follow within a couple of days and a few brewery visits will feature. Stay tuned. Sláinte!
