There’s a great feeling as you open a box of beer knowing that there are a couple of surprises hiding among the pack. One of the surprises this time was Anchor’s Spring Saison.
This beer was brewed with lemon peel, lemongrass and ginger. I thought it would go well with a spicy beef stir fry. It did, the little bit of sweetness provided a perfect counterpoint to the heat of the spice. A good Summer evening repast.
