The Cider Correspondent had one of Orpen’s Medium Dry Ciders last night. It’s not as sweet as some of the ciders she’s had lately and she described it as ‘one for sipping’. There has been some debate about whether or not this is a craft cider because they’re not making it on their own kit. But sure I suppose everyone has to start somewhere! Simon says if it’s good, drink it!
