I was given a present of William’s Bothers March of the Penguins Stout. Coriander and orange zest would normally be expected in a Belgian Wit but I was surprised to see them included here. The beer looks amazing, dark as a Penguin’s plumage with a lovely foamy cream head. It tastes of roast chocolate with just a hint of spicy fruit from the aforementioned special ingredients. I spent my sweet time savouring this. Gorgeous Stout. Sláinte!
