Black’s of Kinsale unleashed World’s End in the run up to Christmas and I didn’t write about it at the time. Now that all of the decorations are back up in the attic I revisited it last night. I was just finishing reading the suitably apocalyptic Man In The High Castle as I supped. It’s a Chocolate Vanilla Imperial Stout made with Fairtrade Cacao Husks and Vanilla Pods from Madagascar. It smells delicious and tastes divine. It’s smooth and sweet with oodles of silky chocolate and warm vanilla. It cheered my right up after my fairly depressing reading material. If that’s what the End Of The World tastes like it’s not going to be all bad… Sláinte!
