Brew Dog’s Bourbon Baby has been consumed many times with beef burgers but I said I’d up the ante and go the whole cow with a T-Bone and home made chips. The steak was topped with herb butter from Blast and Wilde which worked a treat. The beer is warm and rich and that vanilla bourbon really came through. It big enough to compete with or rather to compliment all of that beef. Tastes like satisfaction.
Do I need to mention that it’s a Scottish Ale which has been aged in Bourbon Barrels? No? Alright so.
Drooling over my keyboard.

Haha, was about to take you to court for that 😉
