This week, it’s all about the food. Imagine, if you will, that the name of the blog is: Simon Says…You Really Should Eat This! Yesterday evening I visited Bray’s very new Box Burger. Regular readers will know that I’m fond of the odd burger.
The place had a very industrial look and feel which I liked. I went for the Mac’n’cheese Burger with dirty fries and an Arcadia Kolsch from Wicklow Wolf. The brewery is only around the corner, you can’t get much fresher. The food was epic. Real Diners, Drive Ins and Dives material.
There are other options on the menu if you don’t think you would be able for that, I was pretty full myself and only had room for an espresso.
If you’re in Bray and you like your grub and your beer you should definitely visit but I hear booking ahead at the weekend might be a good idea. Sláinte!
